SMS Terms & Conditions

The Program sends promotional marketing messages only — new product launches, restock alerts, and special offers. It is a recurring message program using an automated system to send text messages to the mobile number you provide.

The Program does not send order or shipping notifications. Information about your order is sent by email.

You can join at evovera.store/sms by entering a US mobile number and ticking the consent box. No purchase or account is needed. You can also join at checkout with the optional SMS checkbox.

Joining the text program is entirely optional. On the sign-up page the phone number field and the SMS consent box are both optional — you can sign up for email updates only, without providing a phone number and without agreeing to texts, and still use every part of our store.

Every SMS box on this site is unchecked by default and separate from any required agreement. Consent is not a condition of purchase — you can complete any order without joining the Program. Providing a phone number at checkout for order and delivery purposes does not by itself enroll you.

Message frequency varies. You can typically expect no more than a few messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply.EvoVera does not charge for the Program, but your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates apply to every message you send or receive.

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a single confirmation and then no further messages from the Program. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, REVOKE or OPTOUT. To rejoin, reply START or sign up again at evovera.store/sms.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

The Program is available to US mobile numbers. You must be 18 or older and the account holder of, or authorized to use, the mobile number you provide.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. All other handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
