You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase EvoVera products. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears to violate these terms.

EvoVera products are topical cosmetics formulated for external use on skin and hair as directed on the product label. Always patch test before first use, follow the application instructions on the bottle, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you have a known sensitivity or are pregnant or nursing, consult your dermatologist before use.

• All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.
• Payment is required at the time of order. We accept credit cards, debit cards, ACH bank transfers, and Klarna.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or policy violations.
• Orders are confirmed only after payment is verified.

Delivery is fulfilled by UPS or USPS, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order is handed off to UPS or USPS and marked as accepted by the carrier, shipment completion and delivery are the carrier's responsibility.

All parcels are insured either through Route Package Protection (if purchased) or through the carrier's included or purchased insurance coverage. If a shipment is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, we recommend that the receiving party file the claim directly with Route or the carrier, as the recipient is responsible for receiving the goods.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is proven to be defective upon arrival.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including potential misuse, regulatory concerns, or supply limitations.

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, product names, and branding, is the property of EvoVera LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

EvoVera LLC is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of any product. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
